You will be educated so you have the knowledge and understanding of how to make simple changes to your diet to ensure you are getting all the vital nutrients your body requires to support your age, lifestyle and any existing conditions or deficiencies you may have. This will help you form healthy habits which are sustainable and can be followed with ease.
A fully personalised nutrition and health plan will be created based on your assessment following the consultation which includes dietary recommendations along with easy-to-follow recipes.
A follow up appointment is usually suggested after 3-4 weeks of your initial consultation followed by monthly sessions for ongoing support as required.
A follow up consultation is used to assess your progress and make any adjustments to your diet and lifestyle plan as required.
Further education is provided to ensure you are getting the best nutrition for your needs.
30 minutes is usually sufficient for follow-up monthly appointments, however, if you have not had an appointment for a few months or have further issues to discuss then, a 45 minute follow up is suggested.
