Meet Nanette

As a qualified chef, personal trainer, plus functional nutrition and wellness coach, I have come to appreciate the incredible impact that food and exercise has on the health of our bodies and mind. I focus on your individual concerns from a range of different angles to provide nutrition and lifestyle support based on your specific needs.

With a warm and compassionate approach, I take into account your entire well-being, your current life stage, dietary habits, lifestyle choices, the impact of stress, environmental factors and most importantly, your goals. I develop realistic, achievable and personalised strategies for you to follow while providing full support and encouragement to help you succeed.

My story

Even though I had what I thought was a fairly healthy and nutritious diet and lifestyle, I struggled with gut, sleep, mood and skin issues throughout my 30s and additional thyroid and hormonal issues in my 40s. As it turned out, I had been too stressed and busy with life to really listen to my body and nourish and support it the way it needed.

After many years of visiting unsupportive healthcare professionals, endlessly searching for answers, I finally took control of my health and used the scientific-based knowledge I gained during my nutrition studies to successfully get to the root cause of my health issues and resolve most of my symptoms which had been impacting my quality of life for way too long.

It is now my passion to help others improve their health and well-being by identifying and treating the root cause of unresolved health issues and not just the symptoms presented.
